CHRISTMAS A RELIGIOUS PRACTICE OR A COMMERCIAL DATE?

The objective of this essay is to determinate whether Christmas is a religious event or a commercial date.
In this text I am going to state my point of view on the topic.

Lets explain the definition of this holy word Christmas, it means mass of Christ.
This a religious festivity for Christians and catholics believers , which is performed in December, specifically the twentieth five day of this month because it is claimed that this was the Messiah's nativity .
The early Roman Church established this date in order to praise our "Savior's birthday".
After saying all this , is good to mention that Christmas is a tradition that almg the years, such as everything has changed and not precisely for the best means.
The merchandizing, advertising and the pressure of spending money are factors that make this special epoch a commercial festival and actually the most one.

To summarize, accordingly to my opinión Christmas is a date that most of Christians do not celebrate this holiday with the initial objective but they just do what it is "estipulated" to do on this time of the year that is buying gifts; however to not generalize most of them enjoy Christmas because is the time to share and create good memories with family and friends.

HOW SHOULD CHRISTMAS BE CELEBRATED

In this essays topic is on discussion how should this religious event conforming to the authors of this text opinion. Chrsitmas is a worldwide festivity for people whom firmly believe Jesus Christ is the depiction of God. This holiday is celebrated in order to praise the Messiahs arrival to Earth. Because of the previous mentioned facts, we can infere that this is a religous date.
